Refund policy

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you want to return an item. You do not need to give a reason to exercise this right, and you do not need our permission before sending something back.

We do ask that you get in touch first so we know what is coming and can give you the return details. Write to info@cyravelle.my or call +33 6 25 03 00 39. When you contact us, please have ready:

• the place and date of purchase;

• your proof of purchase;

• a photo of the product;

• a short note on why you are not satisfied.

Returning an item costs you nothing. We do not charge a restocking fee, and we do not deduct anything from your refund for the return.

When the parcel reaches us, we check it and start the refund within 1–2 business days. The money goes back to the same payment method you used. Your bank or payment provider may then need up to 8 business days to show the credit on your account. We will let you know by email or phone once the refund has been issued.
