Terms of service

These terms cover orders placed on Cyravelle. When you place an order, you accept these terms along with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Payment Policy.
1. Placing an order
Your order is confirmed once payment is authorised and you receive a confirmation from us. We may decline or cancel an order if payment fails, if the address is incomplete, if we have reason to suspect fraud, or if an item turns out to be unavailable. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we return the amount received for that order.
2. Prices and delivery
Prices and any delivery charges are shown before you confirm your order. Delivery to mainland France is free of charge. Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days, and delivery after dispatch usually takes 3–5 business days. These two periods are separate.
3. Returns and withdrawal
You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it, as set out in our Return and Refund Policy. To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear statement to info@cyravelle.my. We recommend contacting us first so we can identify your order and give you the return details. Return shipping is free and no restocking fee applies.
4. Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Card and PayPal details are handled by the payment provider you choose at checkout. We never ask you to send card details by email. If a payment is not authorised, the order will not be confirmed.
5. Product information
Product descriptions on the website are based on information from the manufacturer or supplier. For clothing, the size and care information shown is the information we have received with the item. For home items such as pillows, bed sheets and mirrors, the description states the material and dimensions where the supplier provides them. Please read the product label and any care instructions that come with the item. If you are unsure whether an item is suitable for your needs, contact us before ordering.
6. Using the website
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or place fraudulent orders. Product information and images are provided to describe the items we offer.
7. Your rights and changes to these terms
Nothing in these terms limits the mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. We may update these terms when our services or legal obligations change. The version published on this page applies from the date shown at the top.
