Shipping policy

We currently deliver to addresses within mainland France. Orders cannot be shipped to other destinations through Cyravelle at this time.

Once your order is confirmed, we normally hand it to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. After dispatch, delivery within mainland France usually takes 3–5 business days.

Delivery is free on every order shipped to a mainland France address. There is no minimum spend and no delivery surcharge added at checkout.

Please make sure the address you enter is complete and accurate. If you notice a mistake after ordering, write to info@cyravelle.my or call +33 6 25 03 00 39 as soon as you can. If the parcel has not left us yet, we will do what we can to correct the address.
